If you are looking for authentic Korean food, you'll find many good choices here. The Bibimbap was a great choice for me and my son. Tasty. My daughter just stuffed her face with dumplings. They were good but we prefer them steamed. Lastly, my husband got the Spicy noodle soup which is HUGE and jam packed with seafood. And yes even he who loves spice was sweating. Many of these dishes are meant to be shared. Please make sure to hold on to the number they give you once you make your order as it is your ticket to receive your food.

You will find next to a harbor freight. The restaurant is in the back of the asian grocery store. Pretty easy to find once you are inside. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The establishment itself isn't anything to brag about but once you try the food it really won't matter. I ordered the #9 (beef dish also known as bulgogi) and #15 (japchae). #9 comes with white rice. Both of the dishes were so delicious! The portions are large. Everything was seasoned perfectly and cooked quick. I got my food to go but there are some tables for dining in if you please. The dishes come with a small box of side as well which are i believe are fish cake strips possibly, bean sprouts that are Marinated and kimchi. All and all, the food is great! If you haven't tried korean food, i recommend trying this place out!

Dong Yang Korean Deli is the true definition of a hole-in-the-wall gem -- nothing fancy, just really good, authentic Korean food that tastes like home cooking. On Oct 21, We tried the beef and vegetable soup, the rice cakes with seafood, and the spicy squid. The soup was rich, flavorful, and comforting -- perfect for a cold day. The rice cakes were chewy and packed with that signature Korean spice that keeps you going back for another bite. The spicy squid was our least favorite, but still solid -- just overshadowed by how amazing the other dishes were. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the food comes out fast and steaming hot. It's no-frills, but that's exactly what makes it special -- you come here for flavor, not décor or service. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food, this little spot delivers every time. A true hidden gem in the Twin Cities!

I thought I was in the wrong place. Tucked in the left back of the market and deli is one the best Korean restaurants in Minnesota. Stumbled upon this place, visiting Harbor Freight. My daughter and I went in, and there it was the secret diner. I had the Bibimbap and my daughter the Stone Bowl Rice both absolutely the best I have ever had. All I can say is go there you will thank me.

The deli here is amazing and such a vibe. The workers are so kind and the food is high quality and they have huge portions we had plenty for a second meal in leftovers! YUM! The grocery store portion does have great options but very slightly higher prices compared to several other asian grocery stores I have visited.

I don't know what these people who are giving bad reviews about this place are talking about!! First of all, the lady was THE KINDEST SWEETEST little lady I've ever met!!! I tipped her 20% and she told me that I don't have to tip that much?! Then she gave us literally POUNDS of DELICIOUS authentically Korean home cooked food! (These pictures do not lie!) And you won't find a restaurant with better prices, especially now a days!! We'll DEFINITELY be back! The Japchae was perfectly seasoned with plenty of bulgogi in it, the spicy stir fried squid had TONS of thick juicy, soft squid pieces and the pork bulgogi was full of flavor!! If you want to dine at a GOOD home cooked Korean meal prepped with love, try this place out! And the lady taking our order was SO SO HUMBLE and an absolute SWEET HEART!

Pretty well stocked with a variety of Asian food. Restaurant in back, didn’t try it. Fairly clean place, prices seemed decent. Plenty of parking outside
